To change the history options

1. On the Edit menu, choose Options, or click the button on the tool bar.
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. In the History area, change the value for the number of pages Microsoft Internet Explorer keeps track of.

Tip

• Microsoft Internet Explorer keeps track of pages you view in this session and previous sessions. If you are low on hard disk space, you might want to decrease this number.
• If you want to start with a fresh History list, click Empty.
• To save the History list in an HTML document, click Export.
